Supported the development of a Strategic Plan for Biodiversity Hub Tanzania (BioHub), a Morogoro-based NGO focused on biodiversity conservation and sustainable development (2025).
Supported the redesign and strengthening of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) systems for a local NGO in Songwe Region, Tanzania, improving data management, reporting, and program accountability systems (2026).
Provided technical support to an NGO in Kilimanjaro Region in the development of an operational plan for a community-focused carbon project initiative (2025).

Currently supporting the implementation of a comprehensive Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) process for the SULEDO Community Carbon Project across 13 villages in Kiteto District, Tanzania, facilitating inclusive stakeholder engagement, participatory consultations, and safeguard integration to strengthen community participation, governance systems, and equitable benefit-sharing within a landscape restoration and carbon initiative.
MSL Ecomatrix is currently developing a concept note for a smallholder-focused agroforestry carbon project in Gairo District under the Verra methodology framework. The initiative aims to combine climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and landscape restoration through community-based agroforestry systems. Investors, carbon developers, and strategic partners are welcome to collaborate and support the development and scaling of this initiative.
